Deposit & Cancellation Policy: We consider a reservation definitive after the receipt of a deposit of 3 days by cheque or bank transfer; we also accept credit card details. In case of no arrival or cancellations after three weeks prior to your visit, we will keep the deposit requested or we will charge the amount of max. 3 night stay to your credit card, if we cannot resell your reserved space. In case of prior departure or delayed arrival we will charge the amount of max. 3 night stay. Deposits are fully refundable if cancelled at least three weeks prior to arrival.
